BUTTERMILK BISCUITS 
2 c. flour
2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. Crisco
1 c. buttermilk

Mix all ingredients. Knead on floured surface 5-10 times, roll to desired thickness. Cut out with biscuit cutter. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes at 475 degrees.
