SOUPER SEAFOOD 
1 env. Lipton golden onion or onion soup mix
1 c. water
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. green beans
2 swordfish, shark, halibut or cod steaks
1 tbsp. chopped fresh or 1/2 tsp. dried basil

In skillet, blend soup mix, water, tomato paste. Add vegetables; top with fish. Bring to boil. Simmer covered 10 minutes, turning fish once. Remove fish to platter, stir basil into skillet. Arrange vegetables around fish. Top with sauce. 2 servings.
