SOUPED UP SEAFOOD | |
1 env. Lipton onion mix 1 c. water 1 tbsp. tomato paste 1 c. sliced carrots 1 c. green beans 2 swordfish, shark, halibut or cod steaks In skillet, blend soup mix, water and tomato paste. Add vegetables; top with fish. Bring to boil. Simmer uncovered 10 minutes, turning fish once. Remove fish to platter. Arrange vegetables around fish and top with sauce. |
