SEAFOOD SOUP 
2 pkg. half & half
1 lg. can cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. can chopped mushrooms
1/3 c. chopped green onion
2 sticks butter
1 heaping tsp. cayenne
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 lb. boiled crayfish tails
1/2 lb. boiled crabmeat
1/2 lb. raw shrimp, peeled

Saute green onions in butter approximately 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Do not bring to a boil.
