BAKED FRENCH TOAST 
8 slices white bread, cubed
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese or 8 slices American cheese
10 to 12 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
1/3 c. maple syrup
Dash of hot pepper sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Layer bread cubes, then layer of cheese, then a layer of bread in flat baking dish. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over bread and cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes uncovered. Serve with butter and syrup.
