BAKED LIMA BEANS 
3 c. dried limas
2 tbsp. light molasses
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
4 slices bacon

Soak limas overnight, drain. Cook in fresh water until tender, drain. Reserve bean liquor. Place limas in greased casserole dish. Combine molasses, brown sugar, salt and mustard; add beans liquor to make 1 cup. Mix and pour over limas. Arrange bacon over top (cover); bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) 2 hours, uncover to brown on top. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
