QUICK LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 sm. onion, sliced
2 tbsp. corn oil
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 lb. cottage cheese
4 slices Mozzarella cheese

Sprinkle beef with salt, pepper, basil and oregano. Toss gently. Brown beef and onion in heated oil in skillet. Add tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.

Cook lasagna according to package. Alternate layers of beef mixture, Parmesan cheese and cottage cheese in a 9x13 baking dish ending with beef. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. During last 5 minutes, cut Mozzarella, arrange on top.
