FRIED SALT PORK & CREAM GRAVY | |
Cut fat salt pork in 12 thin slices and fry until well browned. Then remove the slices from pan to a deep dish. Leave about one tablespoon of fat in frying pan or skillet. Pour in a cup of cream. As soon as cream if hot, pour it over the salt pork. |
