GRATED POTATO CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. cubed process American cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 sm. onion, cut up
3 med. potatoes, peeled and cubed

Grease 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Place milk, eggs, salt, pepper, cheese, butter, onion and cubed potatoes in blender on high just until potatoes are grated. Do not over blend. Pour in dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
