SCALLOPED POTATOES 
3 c. pared, very thinly sliced potatoes
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Grease baking dish. Place layer of sliced potatoes, sprinkle with flour and dot with butter. Repeat second and third layers. Heat milk, salt, paprika, and Parmesan cheese (do not boil) and pour over potatoes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
