SCALLOPED BROCCOLI 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. grated cheese
1 med. onion, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Bread crumbs - butter

Cook broccoli until tender, drain well and chop. Combine soup, mayonnaise, eggs, onion, salt and pepper. Stir in broccoli and place in buttered casserole. Cover with cheese and bread crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
