CHICKEN & RICE WITH SOUR CREAM 
4 chicken breasts
1/2 stick butter
1 c. uncooked rice
8 oz. sour cream
1 chicken bouillon cube

Salt and pepper chicken and brown in melted butter. Prepare rice according to package directions with bouillon. Remove chicken from pan. Add 6 tablespoons water to pan, heat and stir. Add sour cream to pan, mix well. Add rice and mix with sour cream mixture. In large baking dish add rice mixture with chicken on top. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
