EASY CHEESECAKE 
4 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sour cream (16 oz.)
6 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream the cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Pour into 12" pie plate or large Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes. Mix sour cream, 6 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons vanilla. Pour on top of cheese cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes more. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.

This topping really adds to the cheese cake. With or without it the cake is delicious. If you prefer you amy also top with your favorite flavor of canned pie filling. 1 can.
