PUFFY OMELET 
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk

Separate eggs; beat salt, pepper, cornstarch and baking powder and milk with yolks of eggs. Beat whites until light and mix with yolks. Pour into oiled hot frying pan and cook slowly until puffed up. Dry out in oven; fold over in half and serve.
