HAMBURGER OR DEER-BURGER
CASSEROLE
 
2 lbs. ground beef or deer burger
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. diced Irish potatoes
1 c. peas
1 c. carrots
1 c. onions, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 can chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown meat and celery in a pan. Drain off the fat. Place in a casserole dish in layers. First the meat, then the potatoes, peas, carrots and onions. Pour over these layers the tomato soup, water and broth. Salt and pepper. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
