HEALTH SLAW 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 c. sesame seeds
1 c. slivered almonds
1/4 c. onion
Garlic to taste
1 pkg. ramen noodles
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar

Chop cabbage. In mixing bowl add sesame seeds, almonds, onion, garlic. Crush ramen noodles; add to the cabbage mixture. In small bowl mix seasoning packet from noodles with oil and vinegar.

This salad is best served while ingredients are crisp and crunchy.
