PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup (I use the Karo pancake and waffle syrup)
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. pecans
1 unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat eggs slightly in a 2 quart bowl. Stir in sugar, Karo syrup and melted butter. Stir in pecans. Pour into unbaked shell. Bake near center of oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until filling is slightly firm.

Note: Center of pie may look soft when pie is gently shaken but will become firm when cool.
