SEVEN LAYER SALAD 
15 slices bacon, fried
2 pkg. frozen peas
2 c. bouillon
Lettuce
Sliced celery
Sweet onions
Mayonnaise
3 tbsp. sugar
Parmesan cheese

Bring peas to boil in bouillon. Cool. Break up lettuce and place a 1 inch layer in large dish. Add a layer of sliced celery. Add peas; add layer of sliced sweet onions. Spread with thin layer of mayonnaise. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons sugar. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Crumble bacon over top. Cover tightly with plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight, toss and serve.
