WAFER COOKIES 
1 c. soft butter, no butter
1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
2 c. flour

Add flour gradually. Mix well and chill. On floured surface roll 1/3 at a time to about 1/8 inch thick. Cut with a shot glass. Transfer to waxed paper covered with sugar. Coat well on both sides. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet. Prick with a fork. Bake 7-9 minutes at 350 degrees.

FILLING:

1/2 c. soft butter
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4-1 c. powdered sugar

Blend well. Can be colored with food dye.
