SOUR CREAM PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. whole pecans
1 unbaked 9 inch pie crust

Combine first 6 ingredients in mixing bowl; beat until smooth and well blended. Stir in pecans and pour into chilled pie crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife blade inserted near center comes out clean. Serves 6 to 8.
