SOUR CREAM PECAN PIE 
4 eggs
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 c. dark Karo syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. buttermilk
1 1/2 c. pecans

Beat eggs slightly. Stir in sour cream. Add sugar, salt, syrup, vanilla and buttermilk and mix well. Add pecans and pour into pie shells. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Has a sweet custard taste.
