PECAN SOUR CREAM MUFFINS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c milk
1 egg, beaten

In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients but the 1 tablespoon sugar.

In a small bowl combine the wets. Stir until moistened. Spoon into muffin cups; sprinkle remaining sugar on tops.

Bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.

Makes 1 dozen.
