1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Heat onion in butter until softened. Mix with remaining ingredients in microwave safe casserole and microwave uncovered on high for 5 to 6 minutes.
