SPINACH (CREAMED) 
3 lb. pkg. spinach (frozen)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 sm. onion
Garlic powder

Cook spinach as directed. Drain well. Saute diced onion and sliced mushrooms in chicken broth. Saute until liquid is absorbed. Season cooked, drained spinach with garlic powder.

Add onions and mushrooms and can of mushroom soup. Mix thoroughly. Put in casserole and warm in 350 degree oven until hot - about 30 minutes.
