CHEESY OLIVE LOAF 
1 lb. loaf French or Italian bread, halved lengthwise
1 (6 oz.) can pitted ripe olives, coarsely chopped
1/3 c. green onion, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. prepared mustard
6-8 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced thin

Place bread halves with cut sides up. Mix together olives, mayonnaise, tomato, Cheddar cheese, and mustard. Spread on each loaf half and top with Swiss cheese slices. Cover loaves with Handi-Wrap and refrigerate until needed. When ready to serve, unwrap and cut into slices. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until bubbly and heated through. Each loaf makes 8 servings.
