MEATLOAF WITH OLIVES
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. milk OR 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 c. olive juice
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 clove garlic, minced fine
2 eggs
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground veal
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 lb. jar salad stuffed olives
1 c. chopped celery
NO salt needed because of olives

TOP DRESSING:

1/4 c. melted butter
2/3 c. chili sauce
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. water

You can use 2 pounds meatloaf mix from the store.

Mix bread crumbs (or you can substitute fine corn flake crumbs), milk, pepper, onion, celery, garlic, and eggs thoroughly. Mix beef, veal, pork, and olives; add the two mixtures together and mix thoroughly. Form into loaf; put into roast pan or loaf pan.

Put top dressing ingredients in small pan, heat enough, so all are mixed well then spoon over top of meatloaf.

Bake in 375 degree oven for about 1 1/4 hours. (Time depends on your oven.)
