OLIVE MEAT LOAF 
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. Ragu thick and hearty spaghetti sauce
1 c. ripe olives
1/2 c. Italian style fine bread crumbs
2 lbs. ground chuck
3 slices bacon, partially cooked

In medium mixing bowl, combine eggs, bread crumbs, and spaghetti sauce. Add ground beef; mix well. On a piece of foil or wax paper, put meat mixture into a 10 inch square pan. Arrange olives on top with toothpicks on top of meat. Arrange bacon slices on top. Using foil as guide, roll meat jelly roll style. Seal ends; place in shallow pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
