BORICUA MEATLOAF | |
2 lb. ground beef 1 packet Lipton's onion soup mix or chop 1 onion 1/2 cup homemade sofrito salt, pepper, adobo and oregano, to taste 1/2 cup chopped olives In the sofrito cup, add all the spices and mix. Take the 2 pounds of ground beef and put in a large bowl. Pour everything into it and mix all together well. Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Grease up a bread pan and shape the meat into a loaf and place in pan. Place in oven for 1 hour. Let rest before serving with arroz con habichuelas. Submitted by: Andy Natal |
