ITALIAN DELIGHT PARTY FOR 
6 PEOPLE:

1 lb. ground beef
2 onions
1/2 green pepper
1 bunch of carrots, sliced and cooked
1 can creamed corn
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 lb. (about 3 cups) elbow macaroni, cooked
Mushrooms, if desired

30 TO 50 PEOPLE:

6 lbs. ground beef
6 onions
1 green pepper
3 bunches carrots, sliced and cooked
3 cans of creamed corn
5 green peppers, chopped
6 cans tomato soup
3 pkgs. elbow macaroni, cooked
Mushrooms, if desired

NOTE: Do not rinse macaroni. Chop and fry the ground beef, onions and first pepper. Layer in casserole or large roaster as follows: macaroni, carrots, creamed corn, chopped green peppers, ground beef. Top last layer of ground beef with tomato soup and 1 cup (for 6) or 2 1/2 cups (for crowd) of water over all. Bake in moderate (350 degree) oven until peppers are done and top is slightly brown.
