CARAMEL APPLE SALAD 
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
1 (8 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. mini marshmallows
3 c. chopped apples with peel
1 c. dry roasted peanuts

Mix first 3 ingredients, then add apples, marshmallows and peanuts until combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serves 8.
