CARAMEL APPLE SALAD 
1 c. butter, room temperature
2 eggs, well beaten
2 c. powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 lg. can drained, crushed pineapple
3 lg. Granny Smith apples, cut in bite size pieces
1 oz. jar dry roasted peanuts

Mix together butter, eggs and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. Mix together Cool Whip and drained pineapple, add to above mixture. Then before serving add apples and peanuts.
