1/2 c. melted butter, melt & let cool
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 med. eggs
2 - 2 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Mix and bake at 350 degrees about 20 minutes in a square baking pan. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar or sliced apples. Good, easy and fast.
