CUBED STEAKS ORIENTAL 
1 tbsp. butter
4 beef cubed steaks (about 4 oz. each)
Salt
Pepper
2 pkgs. (10 oz. each) frozen Chinese-style vegetables with sauce
1 jar (2 1/2 oz.) sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 pkg. (6 oz.) frozen pea pods, partially thawed

1. Melt butter in large skillet. Sprinkle cubed steaks with salt and pepper. Cook steaks in butter over medium-high heat about 2 minutes on each side.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients except pea pods. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and cover. Simmer 3 to 4 minutes.

3. Add pea pods; cover. Simmer 3 to 4 minutes. Serve with chow mein noodles.

TIP: Pea pods are easily thawed by placing in strainer and running under cold water.
