GLAZED CHICKEN 
2 1/2 lbs. cut up chicken
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. honey
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt (opt.)
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. Grape Nuts cereal

Place chicken in shallow pan and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, melt butter in small saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients. Drain all fat off chicken, using baster. Spoon half glaze mixture over chicken and bake 10 minutes longer. Spoon remaining glaze over chicken and bake 10 minutes longer. Makes four servings.
