TEXAS SAUCE 
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 onion, chopped fine
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 bay leaf

Turn soup into kettle, rinse can with a little water and add with other ingredients. Mix well and cook slowly until mixture thickens. Remove bay leaf before serving. This may be thickened with a little starch mixed to a paste with cold water if desired. Great with hamburgers and hot dogs.
