TEXAS BAR-B-Q SAUCE 
1 c. tomato juice
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Heat to boiling, simmer 15 minutes or until slightly thickened. Makes 2 1/4 cups. I double this recipe as it will keep well in the refrigerator.
