GRANDMA'S CHICKEN SOUP 
Chicken broth
Grated carrot
Sliced celery
Salt & pepper to taste

MEATBALLS:

1 lb. ground beef, lean type
2 eggs
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
3 tbsp. milk
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 sm. onion, grated
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook vegetables in chicken broth. In the meantime form meatball mix into small balls. When vegetables are done, drop meatballs into the soup. Cover and let simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve with grated cheese.

NOTE: Probably a large can of chicken soup can be used. This should be a clear soup with not too many vegetables. Can add a FEW thin noodles. NOTE: There is no chicken meat in this.
