CRUSHED PINEAPPLE CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 can crushed pineapple (#2 can)
1 c. walnuts, broken
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
3 whole eggs

Make a well with dry ingredients. Add all other ingredients. Mix by hand until blended. Pour into an ungreased pan. Bake at 350 oven approximately 45 minutes. When cool sprinkle with powdered sugar. Use 13x9x2 pan or any combination of smaller pans.
