CRUSHED PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
2 eggs 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, with juice 2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 c. brown sugar 2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. chopped nuts Beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients in order listed by hand. Spread in ungreased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. FROSTING: In small bowl beat together: 1/4 c. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. ground ginger Gradually add 2 cups powdered sugar. Continue beating until smooth consistency. |
