1 can cherry pie filling
1 can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 box white or yellow cake mix
1 1/2 to 2 c. chopped walnuts
2 sticks butter, cut into pats

Put cherries, pineapple and nuts on bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour dry cake mix over fruit. Put butter pats on top of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
