SWISS STEAK 
2 lb. round steak
1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes
1 lg. onion
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. Adolph's meat tenderizer
1 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. vegetable shortening
4 cubes beef bouillon

Mix flour, meat tenderizer and pepper. Pound into steak. Cook onion in shortening until limp. Remove onion from skillet and brown steak. Mix bouillon according to directions. Add 1 cup bouillon, onions and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 2 hours. As liquid decreases, use bouillon to pour over it.
