ROLLED HAM 'N POTATO CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
3 c. hot stiffly mashed potatoes
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
8 slices boiled ham
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus spears, thawed

Saute onions in butter in skillet. Add to combined potatoes, pimento and pepper; mix lightly. Layer half the potato mixture, 1 cup cheese and remaining potato mixture in 10 x 6 inch baking dish. Roll each ham slice around 2 to 3 asparagus spears. Place seam side down on potato mixture, cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Continue baking until melted.
