ROSEMARY POTATOES 
6 white potatoes, scrubbed
Olive oil
Crushed Rosemary
Salt & pepper

Cut potatoes into thick fry cuts. Toss with olive oil and sprinkle liberally with fragrant Rosemary. Bake in 350 degree oven about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve.
