KOREAN SALAD 
1 c. oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1/3 c. ketchup
2/3 c. sugar
1 med. onion, grated
Pinch of salt

Combine above ingredients and let stand while preparing salad greens. 1 lb. can bean sprouts, drained 1 can (5 oz.) water chestnuts, drained 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 6-8 slices bacon, fried & crumbled Slices of fresh mushrooms

Sprinkle the hard-boiled eggs and fried bacon over salad when finished.
