ONION ROLLS 
Dissolve 3 packages of dry yeast in 3/4 cup warm water.

Mix 2 3/4 cups lukewarm milk with 3/4 cup soft butter together and add to yeast.

Add to the above mixture: 3 tsp. salt 3 eggs

Add the following to taste: 1/4 c. dry onion 1/4 c. parsley flakes

Work in 10 1/2 cups flour gradually.

Knead and let rise about 1 1/2 hours. Punch down, rise again for 1/2 hour. Make into rolls. Rise 1/2 hour and bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes, rotating sheets during baking.
