PULL-APART POPPY SEED ONION
ROLLS

2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 tbsp. instant minced onion
2 tbsp. poppy seed

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix baking mix and milk until soft dough forms; beat vigorously 30 seconds. If dough is too sticky, gradually mix in enough baking mix (up to 1/4 cup) to make dough easy to handle.

Turn onto cloth-covered board well dusted with baking mix. Gently roll in baking mix to coat; shape into ball. Knead 10 times. Divide dough into 12 equal parts; shape into balls. Dip into butter, then roll in mixture of onion and poppy seed. Place in ungreased round pan (9 x 1 1/2 inches). Top with remaining butter and poppy-onion mixture. Bake until golden brown, 12-15 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
