DAWN'S CHERRY SQUARES 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
1 (1 lb.) cherries (pie filling)

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and flour, mix. Add vanilla and almond. Spread batter into jelly roll pan. Grease pan. Cut batter into 28 squares. Before baking, spoon cherries into middle of squares. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
