Dump contents of 1 box lime Jello into blender.

Add:

1 c. boiling water
1 c. plain yogurt
1 med. sized cucumber, peeled

Blend. Pour into dish and chill until set. If you chill this in a cake pan, you can cut and serve it in squares with a dollop of mayonnaise on each serving.
