1/2 lb. Oreo cookies
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
1 (3 oz.) lime Jello
1/2 c. hot water
2/3 c. sugar
3 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
A few drops of green food coloring

Crush Oreo cookies and use 1/2 in the bottom of 9 x 9 inch pan. Dissolve Jello in water; beat egg whites until stiff and add whipped cream, sugar and vanilla. Stir in cooled Jello which has not thickened. Beat together thoroughly. Pour in crust and top with remaining crumbs. Chill.
