TAMALE CORN 
2 eggs, beaten
2 cans cream style corn
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. Wesson or Crisco oil
1 sm. can chopped chilis
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Beat eggs; add cream style corn, cornmeal, baking powder, oil and chilies. Pour 1/2 of mixture into baking dish and sprinkle with 1/2 of the grated cheese. Pour remaining corn mixture in and the remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
